External AI API Costs
Transcription can use on-device recognition on supported OS, languages, and recognition paths. Translation can run locally through Apple Translation or on-device models when required data is installed; online methods and fallbacks need a network. ChatGPT or optional API keys enable summaries and next-step features, and provider usage fees are not included in LogPon! subscriptions.
How Free, Pro, and Business differ
Free is for trying recent records. Pro unlocks full history, media, conversations, and AI chat with past sessions. Business adds Slack sharing, Salesforce integrations, and PDF or Markdown file export for team workflows.
